Shipping policy

We currently ship to Switzerland and the following countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, and Cyprus.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Times

Within Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days
International Shipping: 3 to 10 business days (including tracking)

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, holidays).

Switzerland: Free shipping (excl. Shirt Frame)
International: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Tracking (International Only)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow the status of your delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@elitekits.ch, so we can resolve the matter with the shipping provider. We do not assume liability for any loss or damage caused by the shipping provider.
