The 2011/12 season was Galatasaray’s return to dominance. Under Fatih Terim, back for his third spell, they stormed the Süper Lig, finishing top of the regular season and sealing the title in the new Süper Final — a tense 0–0 draw at Fenerbahçe’s ground that felt like a win. Selçuk İnan ran the show with 13 goals from midfield, while the defense stayed rock solid all year. After a forgettable season before, this was redemption — loud, proud, and unmistakably Galatasaray.
